Evaluating The Influence of Stakeholders’ Involvement on the Performance of Road Construction Project in Nigeria

Purpose: Roads make a crucial contribution to economic development and growth bring important social benefits. They are of vital importance in order nation grow develop. Effective project performance terms meeting the set objectives is very critical for any project. The aim this study was evaluate influence stakeholders on road construction.
 Methodology: Theory leadership theory game backed literature reviewed research. Mixed research design adopted; thus, data sourced through questionnaires, direct observation Oral interview. collected analyzed using percentages, regression tools Eview8 which were validated by experts field study.
 Findings: result presented pie charts tables. results from findings show that 40% respondents strongly agreed fact construction greatly influenced proper involvement stakeholders, 39.6% agreed, 10% disagreed 10.4% disagreed. response had R2 0.154 means about 15.4% as stakeholders.
 Recommendations: It recommended firms should involve all inputs constructions inception completion so have effective deliveries.
